Motherboards

The last thing you need financially is for your PCBs to suddenly drop dead. We offer diagnosis and testing for most motherboards and computer cards, including in-circuit testing, burn-in testing, functional testing, and more.

CPUs

SZC can make use of standardized tests directly from the manufacturer, and we've also created our own tests where needed. Packaging, functionality tests, mirrored tests and remark tests are also available.

HDDs and SSDs

SZC's benchmark suite can put internal and external solid-state drivers to the ultimate test, including custom HDD and SSD test mockups configured to your specifications. We also offer data destruction and hard drive shredding services.

ICs and Passives

SZC's lab is equipped with a wide range of burn-in equipment that can support the testing of over 103,000 integrated circuits (ICs) from more than 400 IC manufacturers for programming and burning. SZC can also use the semiconductor tube characteristic grapher to assess whether a chip has been damaged through open or short circuit tests.

Memory

SZC offers a variety of memory tests for products such as SRAM, EPROM, EEPROM, Flash, DRAM, SDRAM (DDR - DDR4), hard-disk (HDD), and solid-state drives (SSDs). These tests can also be performed according to the specifications provided by the manufacturers.

Audio and Video Cards

We offer testing to confirm capacity, speeds and abilities for all video and audio cards to make sure you are getting the best performance from them.

Memory Cards

We test flash media, such as SD, CompactFlash, CFast, and USB flash drives, to measure the true capacity, as well as the read and write speed of the drive.

LCDs

We provide a large number of test patterns to aid in the setting and diagnosis of all panel sizes and manufacturers.

Peripherals

We can help diagnose, troubleshoot and load test a variety of drive types, including optical disk, CD-ROM/DVD, and Blu-ray. We test peripherals for transfer speeds and multimedia capabilities.

Servers

We have a series of test cases to ensure the high-level performance and speed of your server components, including diagnostic testing and power-on testing for full units.
