The device operates in thetransparent mode when the latch-enable (LE) input ishigh. When LE is low, the A data is latched if theclock (CLK) input is held at a high or low logic level. IfLE is low, the A data is stored in the latch/flip-flop onthe low-to-high transition of CLK.
