ISO6731-Q1 deviceTheis a high-performance,triple-channel digital isolators ideal for cost-sensitiveapplications requiring up to 5000 VRMS isolationratings per UL 1577. This device is also certified byVDE, TUV, CSA, and CQC.providesISO6731-Q1devicsimmunity andhighThelow emissions atelectromagneticlow power consumption, while isolating CMOS orLVCMOS digital I/Os. Each isolation channel has alogic input and output buffer separated by TI's doublecapacitive silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier.This device comes with enable pins which can beused to put the respective outputs in high impedancefor multi-master driving applications. The ISO6731-Q1device has two forward and one reverse-directionchannels. In the event of input power or signal loss,the default output is high for the device without suffixF and low for the device with suffix F. See DeviceFunctional Modes section for further details.Used in conjunction with isolated power supplies,this device helps prevent noise currents on databuses, such as CAN and LIN from damaging sensitivecircuitry. Through innovative chip design and layouttechniques, the electromagnetic compatibility of theISO6731-Q1 device has been significantly enhancedto ease system-level ESD, EFT, surge, and emissionscompliance.
