AD9375BBCZ Products
Analog Devices AD9375BBCZ Wideband RF Transceivers are highly integrated, wideband RF transceivers. AD9375's highly integrated design includes dual-channel transmitters (Tx) and receivers (Rx), synthesizers, digital pre-distortion (DPD) actuator and adaptation engine, and digital signal processing functions. The AD9375BBCZ Transceivers achieve the low-power consumption and high performance required by 3G/4G small cell and massive multiple input, multiple output (MIMO) equipment. The 3G/4G small cell and MIMO equipment are extremely useful in frequency division duplex (FDD) and time division duplex (TDD) applications. Operating from 300MHz to 6000MHz, the AD9375BBCZ Wideband RF Transceivers cover most of the licensed and unlicensed cellular bands. The DPD algorithm supports linearization on signal bandwidths up to 40MHz depending on the power amplifier (PA) characteristics. The AD9375BBCZ Transceivers also support Rx bandwidths up to 100MHz. In addition, the AD9375BBCZ supports observation receiver (ORx) and Tx synthesis bandwidths up to 250MHz to accommodate digital correction algorithms. Using the AD9375BBCZ Wideband RF Transceivers enable users to develop radio designs for 3G/4G small cell base transceiver stations and 3G/4G massive MMIO/active antenna systems.
