HMC712ALP3CE Products
Analog Devices HMC712A Voltage-Variable Attenuators are ideal for designs in which an analog DC control signal is required to control RF signal levels over a 28dB amplitude range. Applications include AGC circuits and temperature compensation of multiple gain stages in microwave point-to-point and VSAT radios. Developed using absorptive technology, the HMC712A Attenuators operate from 5-26.5GHz. The devices feature two shunt-type attenuators. Two analog voltages, Vctrl1 and Vctrl2, control the shunt-type attenuators. By connecting the Vctrl1 and Vctrl2 pins together, the HMC712A Attenuators can achieve the full analog attenuation range with only a small degradation in input IP3 performance.
