The EFM8BB31F32I-B-QFN24 is an EFM8 Busy Bee family fully integrated, mixed signal system-on-chip microcontroller (MCU) in 24 pin QFN package. It is a performance line of 8bit microcontroller with a comprehensive analogue and digital feature set in small package. This device offers state of the art performance by integrating 12bit ADC, internal temperature sensor, two low current analogue comparators and two 12bit DACs into small packages, making it ideal for general purpose applications. The EFM8BB3 family is optimal for many embedded applications with an efficient, pipelined 8051 core, maximum operating frequency at 50MHz, various communication interfaces and four channels of configurable logic. It also features Internal LDO regulator for CPU core voltage, power-on reset circuit and brownout detectors with on-chip power-on reset, voltage supply monitor, watchdog timer and clock oscillator, the EFM8BB3 devices are truly standalone system-on-a-chip solutions.
