Silicon Labs' EFR32™ Flex Gecko wireless SoCs combine an energy-friendly MCU with a highly integrated radio supporting sub-GHz and 2.4 GHz proprietary wireless protocols. The single-die solution provides industry-leading energy efficiency, ultra-fast wake-up times, a scalable power amplifier, and an integrated balun.These SoCs are ideal for proprietary modulation schemes including OOK, shaped FSK, shaped OQPSK, DSSS modulation techniques, and FEC. The devices are supported with SDKs including an intuitive radio abstraction interface layer (RAIL) and a connect stack to accelerate proprietary protocol development.
